摘要
当前,人类已经步入数字化、网络化和智能化等信息化技术催生的数字化生活时代,电子商务消费市场在互联网时代下呈爆炸式增长。后疫情时代电商消费市场如何通过未来升级抓住消费者,本文通过回顾过往电商消费市场的发展予以总结,基于消费者特征分析消费市场,并就现阶段发展的主要障碍及未来升级的方法提出对策建议,以期对未来电商消费市场的长远发展提供有利参考。
Nowadays,human beings have stepped into the digital,networking and intelligence and other information technology to promote the era of digital life.The e-commerce consumer market has exploded in the era of the Internet.In the post-epidemic era,how to capture consumers through future upgrades in the e-commerce consumer market?This paper reviews the development and summary of e-commerce consumer market in the past,analyzes the consumer market according to the characteristics of consumers,puts forward countermeasures for the main obstacles to development at this stage and the upgrading approaches in the future,to provide references for the long-term development of e-commerce consumer markets in the future.
