推动“专精特新”中小企业数字化发展的路径研究

党的二十大报告明确指出,“支持‘专精特新’企业发展”“加快发展数字经济,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合”。“专精特新”是国家引导中小企业增强企业自主创新能力和企业核心竞争力、不断提升中小企业发展质量和发展水平而实施的重大工程。本文基于党的二十大报告提出的“支持‘专精特新’企业发展”和“发展数字经济”重要论断,讨论了从我国“专精特新”企业的发展现状入手,分析“专精特新”中小企业数字化发展的现实逻辑,提出了以二十大精神为指导,推动“专精特新”中小企业数字化发展的政策建议,以供参考。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that"support the development of Specialized,Refinement,Differential and Innovation enterprises","accelerate the development of digital economy and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy."Specialized,Refinement,Differential and Innovation"is a major project implemented by the country to guide small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance their independent innovation ability and core competitiveness,and constantly improve the quality and level of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the important thesis"support the development of Specialized,Refinement,Differential and Innovation enterprises"and"digital economy"of the Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper discusses the development status of Specialized,Refinement,Differential and Innovation small and medium-sized enterprise,analyses the reality logic of digital development,put forward the policy Suggestions concerning promoting the digital development of"Specialized,Refinement,Differential and Innovation"small and medium-sized enterprise.
