辽宁省产业绿色转型发展现状及优化对策分析 被引量:1

摘要 在经济高质量发展背景下,我国在强调经济发展的同时,越来越重视经济活动对环境带来的影响。与此同时,以重工业为主的辽宁老工业基地逐渐暴露出其产业结构不合理、资源浪费和环境污染等问题,严重影响了其经济增长速度和质量。为了更好地适应经济高质量发展的形势,辽宁省亟需打破原有的经济发展方式,推动产业绿色转型升级,为经济注入持续动力。本文在梳理产业绿色转型发展脉络的基础上,对辽宁省产业绿色转型现状进行阐述,采用SBM-ML模型对辽宁省工业绿色转型发展现状进行分析,并根据存在的问题从构建科技创新的大环境、推进区域一体化建设、培养绿色发展意识和提高人力资源要素供给四个方面提出了对策建议,以供参考。 In the context of high-quality economic development,while emphasizing economic development,China is increasingly emphasizing the impact of economic activities on the environment.At the same time,the old industrial base in Liaoning,mainly composed of heavy industry,has gradually exposed problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,resource waste,and environmental pollution,seriously affecting its economic growth rate and quality.In order to better adapt to the situation of high-quality economic development,Liaoning Province urgently needs to break the original economic development mode,promote green transformation and upgrading of industries,and inject sustained momentum into the economy.On the basis of sorting out the development context of industrial green transformation,this article elaborates on the current situation of industrial green transformation in Liaoning Province.The SBM-ML model is used to analyze the current situation of industrial green transformation in Liaoning Province.Based on the existing problems,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from four aspects:building a scientific and technological innovation environment,promoting regional integration construction,cultivating green development awareness,and improving the supply of human resources elements,for reference.
