电针骶四穴治疗前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁51例

Electroacupuncture at Four Sacral Points in the Treatment of Post Radical Prostatectomy Urinary Incontinence for 51 Cases

目的探索电针“骶四穴”治疗前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁的疗效变化趋势。方法回顾性收集2013年8月—2019年8月于上海市针灸经络研究所门诊接受电针“骶四穴”治疗≥70次的前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁病例51例。整理记录一般情况、治疗前及治疗1~6个月的ICIQ-UI-SF积分、尿垫数积分及总积分,分析各积分、临床改善率与治疗次数之间的关系。结果各积分在相邻时间点间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在间隔较长时间点的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗次数与临床改善率符合对数曲线变化。结论随着治疗次数增加,ICIQ-UI-SF积分、尿垫数积分、总积分逐渐下降,临床改善率逐渐上升,改变速度由快变慢,疗效呈累积效应。

Objective To explore the variation trend of the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture at four sacral points in the treatment of post radical prostatectomy urinary incontinence(PRPUI).Methods A total of 51 PRPUI patients who received EPNS for more than 70 times in Shanghai Research Institute of Acupuncture and Meridian were enrolled from October 2013 to February 2020.The baseline demographics characteristics,the ICIQ⁃UI⁃SF score,the number of incontinence diapers score and total score before and/or 1~6 month after EPNS treatments were organized and recorded.The correlation between every score,clinical improvement rate and EPNS sessions was analyzed.Results There was no statistical significance in the difference between adjacent time points(P>0.05),but there was statistical significance in the difference between points with a long interval(P<0.05).The number of treatments and clinical improvement rate followed a logarithmic curve.Conclusion When the EPNS sessions increased,the ICIQ⁃UI⁃SF score,the number of incontinence diapers score and total score decreased gradually and the clinical improvement rate increased.The change slowed down gradually and the effect was cumulative.
