麻杏甘石汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Maxing Ganshi Decoction in the Treatment of Bronchopneumonia in Children

目的分析中医结合护理模式在麻杏甘石汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选择洪洞县中医医院2020年12月—2021年6月收治的100例小儿支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例,2组患儿在常规治疗以及护理的基础上,观察组使用麻杏石甘汤进行治疗,对照组实施西药治疗,对比2组患儿临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组症状改善时间短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论麻杏甘石汤的应用能够提高治疗效果,加快临床症状缓解,值得研究和借鉴。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined nursing mode in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children by Maxing Ganshi decoction.Methods 100 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to Hongdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment and nursing,the observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of Maxing Ganshi decoction can improve the therapeutic effect and accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms,which is worthy of study and reference.
