赵氏寐安方治疗不寐60例

Zhao’s Meian Prescription in the Treatment of Insomnia for 60 Cases

目的 探讨赵氏寐安方(包括寐安一号、寐安茶饮)治疗肝郁化火型不寐的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2020年12月无锡市第二中医医院赵建辉不寐病专家门诊,中医辨证肝郁化火型不寐的患者120例,按随机数表方法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予赵氏寐安方,对照组给予龙胆泻肝汤,1个月为1个疗程,比较2组治疗总有效率。结果 分别按照中医证候减分率评定标准及PSQI减分率评定标准,2组治疗结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗组治疗效果均明显优于对照组。结论 赵氏寐安方组较龙胆泻肝汤组治疗肝郁化火型不寐病临床疗效更佳。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhao’s Meian prescription(including Meian No.1 and Meian tea drink)in the treatment of insomnia due to liver depression and fire.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,120 patients with insomnia of liver depression and fire type in Wuxi Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Zhao’s Meian prescription,and the control group was given Longdan Xiegan decoction.One month was a course of treatment.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results According to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score reduction rate evaluation standard and PSQI score reduction rate evaluation standard,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion The clinical effect of Zhao’s Meian prescription is better than that of Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver stagnation fire type.
