针灸药序贯治疗肾精亏虚型早发性卵巢功能不全临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sequential Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency of Kidney Essence Deficiency Type

目的 探究针灸联合六味地黄丸序贯治疗肾精亏虚型早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的临床症状及对FSH、LH、E2的影响。方法 将60例POI患者纳入试验,分为序贯组和对照组。月经期、经后期口服六味地黄丸,排卵期、经前期序贯灸法治疗,针刺贯穿后三期,每周治疗3次隔日1次,对照组口服芬吗通,连续治疗3个月经周期。观察中医序贯治疗对患者FSH、LH、E2水平、Kupperman指数(KI)量表评分及中医证候的影响。结果 治疗后,在激素水平和临床症状改善方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束4周后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用针灸联合六味地黄丸治疗肾精亏虚型POI,能有效的改善性激素水平及临床症状,且稳定性较好。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills sequential treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)of kidney essence deficiency type and on FSH,LH and E2.Methods 60 patients with POI were enrolled into the trial and were divided into a sequential group and a control group.In the sequential group,oral administration of Liuwei Dihuang pills during menstruation and late menstruation,ovulation and early sequential moxibustion treatment were carried out,acupuncture throughout the last three periods,three times a week,once every other day.The control group was given fenmorton,continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles.The effects of sequential treatment on FSH,LH,E2 levels,Kupperman index(KI)scale and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes were observed.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in hormone levels or improvement in clinical symptoms(P>0.05).The results were statistically significant 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Liuwei Dihuang pills can effectively improve the level of sex hormones and clinical symptoms of POI,and has good stability.
