针刺治疗帕金森病伴认知功能障碍研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease with Cognitive Dysfunction

帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)是一种常见的神经系统变性疾病,临床表现除了运动症状以外,还有神经精神障碍、睡眠障碍、认知功能障碍等非运动症状。其中认知功能障碍是帕金森病最常见的并发症之一,严重影响了患者的生活质量。近年来,抗帕金森用药对于PD伴认知功能障碍无显著改善,多项研究表明针刺对PD伴认知功能障碍症状有一定的治疗效果。因此,文章就PD-CI的发病机制以及针刺治疗方法做简单阐述,为今后PD伴认知功能障碍的诊断治疗提供思路。

Parkinson disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease.In addition to motor symptoms,there are also neuropsychiatric disorders,sleep disorders,cognitive dysfunction and other non⁃motor symptoms.Cognitive impairment(PD⁃CI)is one of the most common complications of Parkinson’s disease(PD),which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In recent years,anti⁃Parkinson drugs have not significantly improved PD with cognitive dysfunction,and a number of studies have shown that acupuncture has a certain therapeutic effect on PD with cognitive dysfunction.Therefore,this paper briefly describes the pathogenesis of PD⁃CI and acupuncture treatment methods,providing a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of PD with cognitive dysfunction in the future.
