国医大师李济仁经验方联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Li Jiren’s Experience Formula and Olistavir in the Treatment of Viral Pneumonia

目的 探讨国医大师李济仁经验处方联合奥司他韦治疗病毒性肺炎的临床效果。方法 将60例病毒性肺炎患者根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。2组均给予基础治疗,其中对照组给予基础治疗+奥司他韦口服抗病毒治疗,观察组在基础治疗+奥司他韦口服上辨证给予相应的中药汤剂口服,比较2组的临床疗效和中医证候积分。结果 观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组住院及症状消失时间、中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在辨证使用肺炎方系列的基础上联合奥司他韦可有效提高疗效,改善患者临床症状,缩短住院时间,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of master of traditional Chinese medicine Li Jiren’s empirical prescription combined with oseltamivir in the treatment of viral pneumonia.Methods 60 patients with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment,of which the control group was given basic treatment and oral oseltamivir antiviral treatment,and the observation group was given corresponding Chinese herbal decoction based on syndrome differentiation on basic treatment and oral oseltamivir.The clinical effect and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,hospitalization and symptom disappearance time and TCM symptom score of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with oseltamivir on the basis of syndrome differentiation and use of this pneumonia formula series can effectively improve the curative effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
