真武汤合三参汤治疗单心房三腔心导致慢性心力衰竭合并房颤1例

Zhenwu Decoction and Sanshen Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Atrial Fibrillation Caused by Single Atrium for One Case

心力衰竭是由各种心脏结构或功能性疾病导致的心血管疾病的终末阶段,典型临床表现为肺循环或体循环淤血、器官组织血液灌注不足。心力衰竭常合并房颤,两者相互促进。以下介绍纪文岩老师临床诊治单心房三腔心导致慢性心衰合并房颤患者1例,主要表现为胸闷、憋气伴心悸,双下肢水肿.西医治疗效果不佳,运用温阳化气、利水通脉、益气升陷之法,方选真武汤合三参汤治疗,为临床治疗提供思路。

Heart failure is the final stage of cardiovascular disease caused by various cardiac structural or functional diseases,which is characterized by pulmonary or systemic blood stasis and insufficient blood perfusion in organs and tissues.Heart failure is often complicated with atrial fibrillation,and the two promote each other.This report introduces Ji Wenyan’s clinical diagnosis and treatment of a patient with chronic heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation caused by single atrium,mainly manifested as chest tightness,breath holding with palpitation and edema of both lower extremities.The treatment effect of western medicine is not good,using the method of warming yang and transforming qi,promoting water and activating pulse,invigorating qi and ascending depression,and selected Zhenwu decoction and Sanshen decoction,which provides ideas for clinical treatment.
