基于赣南地域文化的治未病服务体系构建与实践

The Construction and Practice of “Preventive Treatment” Service System Based on Gannan Regional Culture

当前,治未病服务“宽泛化”、理论与实践结合脱节问题日益凸显,如何增强治未病服务的生活化属性、品牌的文化基础与群众基础,文章以赣州市中医院“虔派健康”治未病服务体系为例,阐释赣南客家人维系健康、对抗疾患及探索生命的过程中,赣南客家文化与中医药文化不断交融,形成了赣南特色治未病观。地域文化中蕴含的生命价值观,为增强客户和患者的认同感、归属感和依从性提供参考依据。对具有地域特色的、因地制宜的中医治未病服务体系构建,助力“健康中国”建设具有指导意义。

At present,the“broadness”of preventive treatment of disease services and the disconnection between theory and practice have become increasingly prominent.How to enhance the life attributes of preventive treatment of disease services,the cultural foundation and mass foundation of the brand.Taking the preventive treatment service system of“Qianpai Health”in Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper explains that in the process of maintaining health,fighting diseases and exploring life,Gannan Hakka culture and traditional Chinese medicine culture continue to blend,forming a preventive treatment view with Gannan characteristics.The life values contained in regional culture provide a reference for enhancing the sense of identity,belonging and compliance of customers and patients.It has guiding significance for the construction of a preventive treatment service system of traditional Chinese medicine with regional characteristics and local conditions,and for the construction of“Healthy China”.
