中医辨治类风湿性关节炎近10年文献证型和治法分析

Analysis on Syndrome Types and Treatment Methods of Syndrome Differentiation Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Recent 10 Years

目的 探讨近10年文献中内服中药治疗类风湿性关节炎潜在的证型和治法规律,为临床辨证施治提供理论指导和参考依据。方法 通过检索近10年中药内服治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床相关文献,整理、归纳和分析中药内服治疗类风湿性关节炎的证型及其治法规律。结果 将1814篇有效文献中的证型进行分类,表述相近的证型归为一类,经过归类和统计,文献中共总结出6类证型。根据文献中提及的治法及所用方剂所反映的治法,共总结出6种治法,并与6类证型依次相对应。结论 根据证型及治法分析,类风湿性关节炎的中医病机包括虚、邪、瘀3个方面,在辨治的过程中,应根据病邪特点采用补虚、驱邪、化瘀等方法进行综合治疗。

Objective To explore the potential syndrome types and treatment rules of the oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in recent 10 years,and to provide theoretical guidance and reference basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods Through searching the clinical literature related to the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by internal administration of Chinese medicine in recent 10 years,the syndrome types and treatment rules of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by internal administration of Chinese medicine were summarized and analyzed.Results Classifying the syndromes in 1814 effective literatures and similar syndromes were classified into one category.After statistical classification,6 types of syndromes were summarized.According to the literature referred to in the literatures and the prescription used by the literatures,1814 literature summed up 6 kinds of prescription effect,and 6 types of syndromes can be corresponding.Conclusion Pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis in Chinese medicine includes three dimensions:deficiency,pathogen and blood stasis.In the process of differentiation and treatment,according to the characteristics of disease and pathogen,the comprehensive treatment should be carried out by supplementing deficiency,driving away pathogen and removing blood stasis.
