中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

冠心病是一种由于患者的冠状动脉发生粥样硬化后,动脉闭塞或者梗阻导致机体缺血缺氧的一种心脏病,需要采取有效治疗措施进行干预。近几年,中国冠状动脉介入技术愈发成熟,在这种背景下,临床冠心病病死率逐渐减少,但与之相对应的,医疗费用在不断攀升,而中医药能够极大改善该疾病临床症状,不仅延缓、预防冠状动脉再狭窄,同时还可以提高生活质量,因此对其研究进展进行探讨。

Coronary heart disease is a kind of heart disease that causes ischemia and hypoxia due to arterial occlusion or obstruction after coronary artery atherosclerosis in patients.Effective therapeutic measures should be taken to intervene.In recent years,coronary artery intervention technology has become more and more mature in China.In this context,the case fatality rate of clinical coronary heart disease has gradually decreased,but correspondingly,the medical expenses keep rising.Traditional Chinese medicine can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of this disease,not only delay and prevent coronary restenosis,but also improve the quality of life.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss its research progress continuously.
