中医药治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia

原发免疫性血小板减少症(Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia,ITP)是一种获得性自身免疫性出血性疾病。西医治疗ITP多运用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、促血小板生成药物、输注机采血小板及脾切除等,能在短时间内改善患者的临床症状,但存在不良反应大、易复发、远期疗效差等弊端。既往已有大量研究表明,中医药治疗ITP具有增效减毒、提高患者生活质量等优势。此文将从病因病机、辨证论治、临床治疗等方面论述近年来中药治疗ITP的研究进展,为临床治疗此病提供参考。

Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is an acquired autoimmune hemorrhagic disease.Western medicine in the treatment of ITP by glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants,drugs to boost platelet production,infusion machine adopt platelets and splenectomy,can in a short period of time to improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,but there exists large side effects,easy to relapse,the long⁃term curative effect is poor.Always have a large number of research showed that traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ITP is attenuated synergies and improve patient quality of life and other advantages.This article will discuss the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ITP in recent years from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
