《景岳全书》和法治疗脾胃系疾病规律和组方用药法则探析

Analysis on the Rules and the Law of Prescription and Medication about Harmonizing Method of Jingyue Quanshu in Treating Digestive System Diseases

目的剖析《景岳全书》和剂治疗脾胃系疾病处方中各种药物的运用规律及其内在联系。方法筛选《景岳全书》和阵所载治疗脾胃系疾病的方剂,构建方剂数据库。选用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件进行数据挖掘研究,分析所纳入方剂的组方用药规律。结果从《景岳全书》和阵中共筛选出129首治疗脾胃系疾病方剂,共使用中药120味,对方剂进行组合分析,发现药物模式24个,从中得到关联规则14个。结论通过数据挖掘所得结果并结合张景岳论著中对和法与脾胃系疾病辨治的阐述,探索和法治疗脾胃系疾病的内在规律与选方用药原则,为临床研究与实践提供参考。

Objective To analyze the application rules and internal relations of various drugs in the harmonizing prescriptions of Jingyue Quanshu in the treatment of digestive system diseases.Methods The harmonizing prescriptions for treating digestive system diseases contained in Jingyue Quanshu were screened,and a prescription database was constructed.Use the TCM Inheritance Assist Platform(V 2.5)software to conduct data mining research,and analyze the prescription and using rules of the included prescriptions.Results There are totally 120 Chinese herbal medicines were used in 129 harmonizing prescriptions of treatment of digestive system diseases,which were screened out from Jingyue Quanshu.A combination analysis of these prescriptions revealed 24 drug patterns and 14 combination association rules.Conclusion Through the results of data mining and combined with Zhang Jingyue’s exposition in his work about the treatment of digestive system diseases,to explore the internal rules and principles of digestive system diseases’treatment with harmonizing prescriptions,which provide references for clinical research and practice.
