《经穴汇解》引录《医学入门》内容探析

日本原南阳《经穴汇解》是专门考订腧穴的专著。书中引大量文献,并标明出处,其中引录旴江医家李梴的《医学入门》多达205处。本文从引录分布、引文标志、引文条数、征引方式、针灸禁忌、腧穴定位、腧穴别称等方面入手,对《经穴汇解》引录《医学入门》的内容进行分析。透过《经穴汇解》引录的原文,反映出引文注重针灸禁忌、重视腧穴精准定位、罗列穴位别称的特色,从而突显《医学入门》在日本的广泛流行。

Jingxue Huijie,written by a Japanese author named Yuan Nanyang,is a book specializing in investigating and correcting acupuncture points.The book cites a large number of documents and indicates their sources,among which the quotes from Yixue Rumen of Li Chan,who is a Xujiang doctor,are up to 206.In order to study on Yixue Rumen cited by Jingxue Huijie,this paper starts with the number of citation articles,citation methods,acupuncture and moxibustion contraindications,location of acupuncture points,nicknames for acupoints,etc.Through the quoted text of Jingxue Huijie,this paper will reflect the characteristics of paying attention to the taboos of acupuncture and moxibustion,attach importance to the precise positioning of acupoints and listing nicknames for acupoints,which can reflect the widespread popularity of Yixue Rumen.
