视疲劳又称为视疲劳综合征,是一种以患者自觉症状为主,眼或全身器质性因素及心理因素相互交织的综合征,属于心身医学的范畴。近年来,随着经济社会的发展,终端的广泛普及,学业的繁重及工作压力,人们长时间近距离用眼,屈光不正性视疲劳在青少年中的发生率日益增加,严重影响青少年的身心健康,因此备受关注。中医药治疗视疲劳历史悠久,喻京生教授临床治疗屈光不正性视疲劳取得较好疗效,现将其经验总结如下。
