化瘀滞行气血理论指导下治疗膝骨关节炎

Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis under the Guidance of the Theory of Removing Blood Stasis and Activating Qi and Blood

膝骨关节炎的病机虚实夹杂,本虚标实,以“瘀”为标,以“虚”为本,因“瘀”所致的疼痛不适严重影响着患者生活质量,故提出先“化瘀滞”后“行气血”的思路治疗膝骨关节炎,运用刃针灭活肌筋膜触发点、平衡针及动气针法相结合,多法合用以标本同治,从而更快改善患者症状。此法操作简便,治疗时间短,效果显著,不良反应少,其思路值得进一步探讨。

The etiology and pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis are a mixture of deficiency and excess,“blood stasis”as the standard and“deficiency”as the basis.The pain and discomfort caused by“blood stasis”seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Therefore,the idea of“removing blood stasis”and then“activating qi and blood”is proposed to treat knee osteoarthritis,and the combination of blade needle,balance needle and dynamic qi needle are used to treat knee osteoarthritis.So as to improve the symptoms of patients more quickly.This method has the advantages of simple operation,short treatment time,remarkable effect and few adverse reactions,and its train of thought is worthy of further discussion.
