手法复位外固定联合益气活血汤治疗老年下肢骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Manual Reduction and External Fixation Combined with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Lower Extremity Fractures

目的 探究手法复位外固定联合益气活血汤对老年下肢骨折患者康复效果的影响。方法 选择2020年2月—2022年2月在尧都区人民医院治疗的80例老年下肢骨折患者,分为研究组40例(手法复位外固定联合益气活血汤)和对照组40例(手法复位外固定)。对比2组治疗干预后的巴塞尔指数和HSS评分、炎性和细胞因子水平、凝血指标和总并发症率。结果 研究组的巴赛尔指数和HSS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的D-二聚体水平明显低于对照组,血管内皮生长因子和血红蛋白明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的各凝血指标水平明显高于对照组,总并发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 手法复位外固定联合益气活血汤可加快老年下肢骨折患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of manual reduction and external fixation combined with Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with lower extremity fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with lower extremity fractures who were treated in Yaodu District People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into a study group of 40 cases(manual reduction and external fixation combined with Yiqi Huoxue decoction)and a control group of 40 cases(manual reduction and external fixation).The Basel index and HSS score,inflammatory and cytokine levels,coagulation indexes and total complication rates were compared between the two groups after treatment intervention.Results The Basel index and HSS score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The D-dimer level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the vascular endothelial growth factor and hemoglobin were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of each coagulation index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the total complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manual reduction and external fixation combined with Yiqi Huoxue decoction can speed up the rehabilitation of elderly patients with lower extremity fractures.
