中药内服联合针刺治疗脑出血后下肢静脉血栓临床观察

Clinical Observation on Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis after Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探究中药内服联合针灸对脑出血后下肢静脉血栓患者PT等指标的影响。方法筛选尧都区人民医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的66例脑出血后下肢静脉血栓患者,随机分为2组,各33例,比较观察组(中药内服+针灸治疗)和对照组(常规西药治疗)的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组;各项凝血指标均显著低于对照组;各项功能康复评分均显著优于对照组;各项炎性水平明显低于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论脑出血后下肢深静脉血栓患者接受中药内服联合针灸治疗,可促进血液循环,促进神经功能和运动功能恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,改善预后结局,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the effect of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on PT and other indicators in patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 66 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis after cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in Yaodu District People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were screened and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 33 cases in each.The observation group received oral administration of Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment,and the control group received conventional western medicine treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.All coagulation indexes were significantly lower than those of the control group;all functional rehabilitation scores were significantly better than those of the control group.The sex level was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after cerebral hemorrhage can promote blood circulation,promote the recovery of neurological and motor function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the prognosis,which is safe and reliable.
