活血止痛汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折临床研究

Clinical Study of Huoxue Zhitong Decoction Combined with Open Reduction and Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Tibia and Fibula Fractures

目的探究活血止痛汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折临床效果。方法采用Excel分组法将江西省樟树市中医医院收治的82例胫腓骨骨折患者分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,观察组给予活血止痛汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,比较2组术后7 d肢体肿胀、疼痛和消肿、止痛及骨折愈合时间。结果2组术后3 d和7 d肿胀值和疼痛评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组上述时点肿胀值和疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组消肿、止痛及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛汤联合切开复位钢板内固定术可缓解胫腓骨骨折患者肢体肿痛,缩短骨折愈合时间,对改善预后,促进早日康复有重要价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction combined with open reduction and plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures.Methods A total of 82 patients with tibia and fibula fractures admitted to Zhangshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and observation group by Excel grouping method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate,while the observation group was treated with Huoxue Zhitong decoction combined with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate.Limb swelling,pain and deswelling,pain relief and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups 7 days after operation.Results The swelling value and pain score of the two groups were decreased at 3 and 7 days after operation(P<0.05),and the swelling value and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the above time points(P<0.05).The time of detumescence,analgesia and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong decoction combined with open reduction and plate internal fixation can relieve limb swelling and pain in patients with tibia and fibula fractures,shorten fracture healing time,improve prognosis and promote early recovery.
