黄芪建中汤联合西药治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的探讨黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2021年12月诊治的60例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,以随机数字表法分成2组各30例。对照组采取西药(四联疗法)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加黄芪建中汤加减治疗。对比2组治疗期间症状消失时间、疗程结束后临床总有效率、随访1个月后Hp根除率。结果2组治疗期间,观察组症状消失时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);2组疗程结束后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组随访1个月后,观察组Hp根除率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西药联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎能够明显提高临床治疗有效率,缩短症状消失时间,同时提高Hp根除率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen and deficiency and cold type.Methods 60 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency cold type diagnosed and treated from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine(quadruple therapy),and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms,the total clinical effective rate after the end of the course of treatment and the eradication rate of HP after one month of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results During the treatment of the two groups,the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After one month followingup,the HP eradication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type can significantly improve the clinical effective rate,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,and improve the eradication rate of HP.
