甘草泻心汤临床应用分析

Gancao Xiexin decoction is from Shanghan Lun,which is beneficial to gastric peristalsis,eliminating abdominal distension and stopping vomiting.Therefore,it is commonly used clinically for digestive tract diseases such as ulcerative colitis,functional dyspepsia,constipation,nausea and vomiting.Synopsis of the Golden Chamber describes that Gancao Xiexin decoction can also treat Behcet's diseases.Modern doctors have also suggested that Gancao Xiexin decoction can treat insomnia caused by spleen and stomach weakness,cold and heat accumulating in the middle energizer and disturbing the mind.This paper mainly discusses the compatibility characteristics and summarizes the remarkable clinical effects of Gancao Xiexin decoction in the treatment of gastrointestinal tract,immune diseases,insomnia and other diseases,which provides ideas for clinical application.
