颈骶并治针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病临床经验

Clinical Experience of Combined Treatment of Cervical and Sacral in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Acupotomy

神经根型颈椎病是目前发病率最高的颈椎病类型,且随着电子产品的普及,人们生活与工作方式均发生改变,该病逐渐呈现出职业化、低龄化趋势,严重影响人们的生活与工作。目前,针刀治疗该病疗效可观,其中“T”形术式应用广泛,但存在选点多、易复发等问题。付磊教授在长期临床实践中发现颈椎病患者常常兼有腰骶部问题,所以临床诊治上从颈部和腰骶部2个方面入手治疗颈椎病,取得了满意疗效,因此从中医整体观念出发提出“颈骶并治”的治疗思路。此文结合1则医案,分享付磊教授“颈骶并治”针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床经验,以期为临床治疗提供新的思路。

Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is the most prevalent type of cervical spondylopathy at present.With the popularity of electronic products,people’s living and working styles have changed,and the disease gradually presents a trend of professionalization and younger age,which seriously affects people’s life and work.At present,acupotomy is effective in the treatment of this disease,among which“T”shape surgery is widely used,but there are many problems,such as too many points,and is easy to relapse in the long-term clinical practice.Professor Fu Lei found that patients with cervical spondylosis often have lumbosacral problems,so the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis often start from the two aspects of neck and lumbosacral,and achieved satisfactory results,so he put forward the treatment idea of“combined treatment of cervical and sacral”“Combined treatment of cervical and sacral”is a treatment idea of selecting both cervical and sacral sites in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.This idea was proposed by the tutor from the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,combining the connection between neck and sacral in the theory of bowstring mechanics,anatomy and meridional circulation and his own clinical experience.Based on a medical case,this paper shares the tutor’s clinical experience in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy based on“combined treatment of cervical and sacral”by acupotomy,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
