“双碳”战略下煤炭公路运输智能化方案研究

摘要 针对煤炭行业物流运输环节存在的管理混乱、信息化水平低、煤炭接卸效率低等问题,对煤炭物流运输环节的公路运输进行了研究,利用物联网、RFID、5G网络等先进数字技术,设计出包含煤仓自动配煤、无人智能磅站、运输路线优化与在途监控、终端煤炭接卸以及平台智能管理的煤炭行业智能化物流方案,该方案可以实现无人值守过磅、运输在途监控、数字甩箱等低碳高效化运输及卸载,从而实现在契合当前国家相关政策方向前提下和“双碳”战略背景下,煤炭公路运输全方位、全流程的管理智能化、运输低碳环保、设备机械化等现实目标,以及降本增效的企业运营目标。 In response to the problems of chaotic management,low level of informatization,and low efficiency of coal unloading in the logistics transportation process of the coal industry,the road transportation of coal logistics transportation is studied.Advanced digital technologies such as the Internet of Things,RFID,and 5G network were used to design an intelligent logistics solution for the coal industry,including automatic coal blending in coal silos,unmanned intelligent weighing stations,transportation route optimization and monitoring in transit,terminal coal unloading,and platform intelligent management.This solution can achieve low-carbon and efficient transportation and unloading,such as unmanned weighing,transportation monitoring in transit,and digital container delay,so as to achieve the practical goals of comprehensive and full process intelligent management,low-carbon environmental protection,equipment mechanization,and cost reduction and efficiency increase in coal road transportation,in line with the current national policy direction and the strategies of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
