摘要
分析了α、β表面污染测量的影响因素,并评定了不同因素对测量结果不确定度的贡献。结果显示,使用Como170表面污染测量仪直接测量α、β标准平面源测量结果的扩展不确定度分别为25.2%、40.6%。与标准平面源的出厂校准证书对比,该测量结果在标准规定的偏差区间内,验证了测量结果的准确性和可靠性。
The influence factors of surfaceα-,β-contamination measurement are analyzed,and the contribution of different factors to the uncertainty of measurement results is evaluated.The results show that the extended uncertainty of the measurement results ofα-,β-contamination is 25.2%,40.6%respectively by measuring standard plane source directly with contamination monitor Como170.Compared with the factory calibration certificate of the standard plane source,the measurement results are within the deviation coverage interval of the standard,which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.
