大功率板坯两相电磁搅拌电源设计与应用

摘要 相关研究和试验表明,大功率二冷区箱式两相电磁搅拌器装置是提高不锈钢铸坯等轴晶比例的一种重要设备。以某钢厂的实际大功率箱式两相电磁搅拌项目为背景,设计一种应用于箱式电磁搅拌器负载上的大功率电磁搅拌变频电源。首先对大功率两相箱式电磁搅拌电源项目的方案进行分析,根据分析结果并结合实际工程情况采用四桥臂两相电源方案来设计大功率箱式电磁搅拌项目的变频电源。然后,根据项目实际需求设计出箱式两相电搅变频电源的详细参数,并且结合某钢厂实际箱式电磁搅拌器负载进行试验,验证了所设计箱式电磁搅拌变频电源完全能够满足电磁搅拌器各项性能要求,具有非常巨大的工程实际应用价值和意义。 Related researches and experiments show that the high power box-type two-phase electromagnetic stirrer in secondary cooling zone is an important equipment to increase the proportion of equiaxed grains in stainless steel billets.Based on a high-power box-type two-phase electromagnetic stirring project in a steel mill,a high-power electromagnetic stirring frequency conversion power supply is designed applied to the load of box-type electromagnetic stirrer.Firstly,the project scheme of high-power box-type two-phase electromagnetic stirring project is analyzed.According to the analysis results and the actual engineering situation,the four-bridge arm two-phase power supply scheme is adopted to design the frequency conversion power supply of high-power box-type electromagnetic stirring project.Then,according to the actual demand the box-type two-phase electric stir of variable frequency power supply parameters are designed in detail,and combining with some practical electromagnetic stirrer box-type load experiment.It is verified that the designed box-type electromagnetic stirring frequency conversion power supply can fully meet the performance requirements of the electromagnetic stirrer,and has great engineering practical application value and significance.
