“智慧工会”背景下高校教代会信息化建设的思考

The Considerations on the Information Construction of the Teachers'Congress in Colleges and Universities in the Context of"Intelligent Trade Unions"

随着智慧工会建设工作的不断推进,其优势不断展现,智慧工会能够使高校教代会信息化建设更好适应职工在线化特征、利益诉求多元化现状和校务公开要求。然而,目前高校教代会信息化建设还存在着移动端平台建设滞后、信息发布机制不完善、新技术应用不足等问题。为推动智慧工会的建设发展,加强高校教代会信息化建设必须从加大学校党政支持、加强数据库建设、完善信息互动机制、提升工会干部信息素养等方面入手。

With the continuous promotion of the construction work of smart trade unions,their advantages are constantly displayed.Smart trade unions can make the information construction of university teaching councils better adapt to the online characteristics of workers,the current situation of diversified interests and demands and the requirements of school affairs disclosure.However,at present,there are still problems in the construction of the informatization of the teaching councils of colleges and universities,such as inadequate construction of mobile platform,the imperfect information release mechanism,and the insufficient application of new technologies.In order to promote the construction and development of intelligent trade unions,strengthening the informatization construction of university teaching councils must start from increasing the support of the university party and government,strengthening the construction of databases,improving the information interaction mechanism,and enhancing the information literacy of trade union cadres.
