空军标准化伤员发生训练系统的设计

摘要 目的:设计空军标准化伤员发生训练系统,以迅速部署伤员,训练救护人员面对批量伤员时的救治能力和应变能力。方法:该系统包括标准化伤员管理系统和标准化伤员终端2个部分。其中标准化伤员管理系统基于浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构设计,采用Java语言开发,包括伤情案例、伤员管理和伤员训练3个模块;标准化伤员终端基于Android Studio集成开发工具设计,采用Java、结构化查询语言(structured query language,SQL)开发。结果:该系统可以为空军卫勤训练提供标准化伤员案例,提高伤员模拟的合理性和科学性。结论:该系统有利于管理标准化伤员数据、快速发生伤员并执行训练任务,为卫勤训练相关研究提供了数据基础。 Objective To design a standardized casualty generation system for air force training to deploy casualties rapidly and train medical personnel in treating mass casualties.Methods The system was composed of a standardized casualty management system and a standardized casualty terminal.The casualty management system was developed with B/S architecture and Java language,and was made up of three modules for casualty cases,casualty management and casualty training;the standardized casualty terminal was designed based on Android Studio integrated development tool and constructed with Java and structured query languages.Results The standardized casualty generation system developed provided standardized casualty cases for air force medical service training and improved the rationality and scientificity of casualty simulation.Conclusion The system developed facilitates the management of standardized casualty data,rapid generation of casualties and execution of training tasks,and provides data support for research related to medical service training.
