摘要
目的:针对现有低氧动物饲养舱存在的不足,设计一种新型自动常压低氧动物饲养舱。方法:该装置采用模块化设计,通过比例-积分-微分(proportional-integral-derivative,PID)算法和反馈闭环自动调节控制氧气体积分数,采用双重气源及电源供应模式确保持续稳定运行,采用物联网技术发送异常信息,主要由空气压缩机、低氧调节控制单元、动物饲养舱、不间断电源、高压低氧钢瓶以及数据传输单元(data transfer unit,DTU)模块等组成。结果:采用该装置能够建立可靠的低氧动物模型,且在受干扰或断电等情况发生时该装置仍可正常运行并发送告警短信。结论:该装置符合GB 14925—2010《实验动物环境及设施》标准,为开展低氧环境相关研究提供了基础条件。
Objective To design a new type of automatic normobaric hypoxia animal feeding chamber to solve the problems of the existing hypoxia animal feeding chamber.Methods An automatic normobaric hypoxia animal feeding chamber was developed with a modular structure,which controlled oxygen volume fraction automatically through proportional-integral-derivative(PID)algorithm and a feedback closed-loop system,realized continuous and stable operation with dual gas sources and dual power sources and sent information on abnormal conditions with IoT technology.The animal feeding chamber developed was mainly composed of an air compressor,a hypoxia adjustment unit,an animal feeding chamber,an uninterrupted power supply system,a high-pressure hypoxia cylinder,a data transfer unit and etc.Results The device was able to establish a reliable hypoxia animal model,and it could still operate normally and send alarm messages in case of disturbance or power failure.Conclusion The new type of normobaric hypoxia animal feeding chamber complies with GB 14925—2010"Laboratory animal—Requirements for environment and housing facilities",and provides basic conditions for conducting research related to hypoxia environment.
