焊接移动高斯热源数字化仿真和残余应力的分析 被引量:2

摘要 热源是焊接过程中的基本条件,由于焊接过程是局部加热的过程,不稳定的温度场会导致焊接的变形和残余应力的产生。本文利用ANSYS有限元软件对焊接移动高斯热源进行了仿真和模拟,求解了整个焊接过程中的温度场和残余应力的变化。这种仿真方法较好的模拟残余应力的变化。 Heat source was the basic condition in the welding process.As the welding process was a local heating process,the unstable temperature field leaded to the welding deformation and residual stress.The variation of temperature field and residual stress in the whole welding process was solved by ANSYS finite element software of the moving gaussian heat source in welding.This simulation method could well simulate the change of residual stress.
