摘要
南屏二桥是一座双塔自锚式悬索桥,主塔采用独特的欧式风格,上横梁截面形式复杂且下挂装饰拱圈,外部沿高度方向设装饰台阶,外尺寸随台阶变化,拱圈跨度达25m,全部采用混凝土现浇施工。模板支架设计采用落地钢管支架+60型盘扣支架的组合支架体系,并使用Midas有限元计算软件进行模拟验算,较好地解决了该桥复杂外立面、大体量高空现浇构件的施工难点。
Nanping No.2 Bridge is a double-tower self-anchored suspension bridge. The main tower adopts a unique european style, with complex cross section forms of upper beams and decorative arch rings hanging below. The outer decorative steps are set along the height direction, and the outer dimensions change with the steps. In the design of formwork support, the composite support system of“ground steel tube support +60 disk bracket”is adopted, and the finite element calculation software Midas is used for simulation and verification, which better solves the construction difficulties of the complex facade and large volume of high-altitude cast-in-place components of the bridge.
