This paper describes the construction technical measures of permafrost subgrade in high altitude and cold region of a project department in Xinjiang, especially the processing process of permafrost subgrade, stone filling subgrade, gravel cushion, waterproof geomemics, geogrides, roadbed construction and other construction technology and matters for attention are introduced in detail. The disposal methods of permafrost subgrade in high altitude and cold region are analyzed in detail.
