摘要
建筑地基的稳定性对于建筑质量至关重要,一旦地基发生塌陷或沉降,将引发建筑墙体裂缝与建筑倾覆。基于此,论文对建筑施工中地基处理的特点进行分析,并介绍了常用的地基处理技术。经研究可知,在实际施工中,施工人员应综合考虑地基基础结构、土层特点等因素后选择适宜的地基处理技术,并配套使用相应的机械设施与施工材料,以提高建筑施工中地基处理技术的实施质量。
The stability of the foundation is very important for the quality of the building. Once the foundation collapses or settles, it will cause cracks in the building wall and overturn the building. Based on this, the paper analyzes the characteristics of foundation construction treatment in building construction, and introduces the common foundation treatment technology. According to the research, in the actual construction, the construction personnel should choose the appropriate foundation treatment technology after comprehensive consideration of the foundation structure, soil characteristics and other factors, and use the corresponding mechanical facilities and construction materials, in order to improve the implementation quality of foundation treatment technology in construction.
