绿激光前列腺汽化剜除术在前列腺增生患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Green Laser Vaporization Enucleation of Prostate in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的 探究绿激光前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法 便利选取2018年2月—2021年11月在镇江市中西医结合医院就诊的前列腺增生患者85例,分为观察组和对照组。其中行绿激光前列腺汽化剜除术的50例患者为观察组,行绿激光前列腺汽化术的35例患者为对照组。统计两组患者各项手术指标、并发症发生率以及干预前后的IPSS评分、Qmax、SF-36评分。结果 观察组各项手术指标与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.00%比对照组的25.71%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后,IPSS为(4.69±1.63)分低于对照组的(8.39±1.65)分、Qmax为(23.23±7.61)mL/s高于对照组的(15.61±6.65)mL/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 绿激光前列腺汽化剜除术较绿激光前列腺汽化术效果更好,安全性更高,有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of green laser prostatic enucleation in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 85 patients with prostatic hyperplasia who attended Zhenjiang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2018 to November 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into observation group and control group.Among them,50 patients who underwent green laser vaporization enucleation were the observation group,and 35 patients who underwent green laser prostate vaporization were the control group.The surgical indexes,complication rates,IPSS scores,Qmax and SF-36 scores before and after intervention of the two groups were statistically collected.Results There was a statistically significant difference in various surgical indicators between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(25.71)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention in the observation group,IPSS was(4.69±1.63)points lower than that of the control group(8.39±1.65)points and Qmax(23.23±7.61)mL/s higher than that of the control group(15.61±6.65)mL/s,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Green laser prostate vaporization enucleation has better effect,higher safety and high application value than green laser prostate vaporization.
