摘要
慢性心力衰竭是临床上十分常见的疾病,发病率高,致死率高,因此临床对其十分的重视和关注。慢性心力衰竭多发于中老年患者当中,严重影响患者的身体健康和生活品质。在中医的理念当中,慢性心力衰竭属于元气不足、心血痹阻的范畴,将中医的理念运用到慢性心力衰竭的治疗当中,取得了显著的效果。本文探析真武汤加减治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的临床研究新进展。
Chronic heart failure is a very common disease in clinical practice,with high incidence and high mortality rate,so it is very important and concerned clinically.Chronic heart failure is more common in middle-aged and elderly patients,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients.In the concept of traditional Chinese medicine,chronic heart failure belongs to the category of insufficient vitality and heart blood obstruction,and the concept of traditional Chinese medicine has been applied to the treatment of chronic heart failure,and remarkable results have been achieved.This article explores the new clinical research progress of modified Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with cardio-renal yang deficiency.
