自体鼻中隔软骨与耳软骨联合应用对于鼻尖整形术中移植填充效果的影响

Effect of Combined Application of Autologous Nasal Septum Cartilage and Ear Cartilage on Transplantation and Filling in Nasal Tip Plastic Surgery

目的 分析鼻尖整形术中采用自体鼻中隔软骨联合耳软骨进行移植填充取得的临床效果。方法 方便选取2020年1月—2021年12月南平市人民医院进行鼻尖整形术的350例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表分为研究组(175例)与对照组(175例)。两组均接受鼻尖整形手术,对照组使用膨体聚四氟乙烯进行填充,研究组使用自体鼻中隔软骨联合耳软骨进行移植填充。比较两组鼻部美学指标、整形满意度、并发症。结果术前,鼻尖高度、鼻长、鼻尖宽与鼻尖角指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组鼻尖高度、鼻长、鼻尖宽与鼻尖角均高于术前,两组间结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组整形总满意率结果较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻尖整形术中采用自体鼻中隔软骨联合耳软骨移植填充效果确切,能够提高患者对于整形的满意度,降低并发症风险。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of autologous nasal septum cartilage combined with ear cartilage in nasal tip plastic surgery.Methods 350 patients who underwent nasal tip plastic surgery at the People's Hospital of Nanping City from January 2020 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group(175 cases)and a control group(175 cases)according to a random number table.Both groups received nasal tip plastic surgery.The control group was filled with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene,and the study group was filled with autologous nasal septum cartilage combined with ear cartilage.The nasal aesthetic indexes,plastic satisfaction and complications of the two groups.Results Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the height,length,width,and angle of the nasal tip compared to other indicators(P>0.05);after surgery,the height,length,width,and angle of the nasal tip in both groups were higher than before surgery,and there was no statistically significant difference in results between the two groups(P>0.05);the total satisfaction rate of plastic surgery in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is effective to use autologous nasal septum cartilage combined with auricular cartilage transplantation in nasal tip plastic surgery,which can improve patients'satisfaction with plastic surgery and reduce the risk of complications.
