滋肾活血方促进宫腔术后子宫内膜修复的机制探讨

Discussion on the Mechanism of Zishen Huoxue Decoction Promoting Endometrial Repair after Uterine Cavity Surgery

目的探讨滋肾活血方促进宫腔术后子宫内膜修复的机制。方法回顾性选取淮安市中医院2021年1月—2022年5月100例宫腔术后子宫内膜损伤患者的临床资料进行受试分析,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=50例)和研究组(n=50例)。对照组予以常规西药治疗,研究组予滋肾活血方治疗,治疗周期为3个月。观察两组的子宫内膜修复机制及其效果。结果研究组临床疗效92.00%显著高于对照组的58.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组PI、RI、抗β2-GP1抗体水平较治疗前降低,En较治疗前明显增厚,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组较治疗前En、RI略好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);通过皮尔逊相关值可见抗β2-GP1抗体与En、PI、RI为正相关(r=0.54、0.68、0.41,P<0.05)。结论滋肾活血方通过减少内膜血管内血栓形成,促进子宫内膜血流,进而有效修复子宫内膜。

Objective Explore the mechanism of Zishen Huoxue Formula in promoting endometrial repair after uterine cavity surgery.Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with endometrial injury after uterine cavity surgery at Huai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were retrospectively selected for trial analysis.They were divided into a control group(n=50 cases)and a study group(n=50 cases)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the research group was treated with Zishen Huoxue Formula,with a treatment period of 3 months.Observe the mechanism and effectiveness of endometrial repair in both groups.Results The clinical efficacy of 92.00%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 58.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the study group showed PI,RI,and anti anti-β2-GP1 antibody decreased compared to before treatment,while En significantly thickened compared to before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group showed a slight improvement in En and RI compared to before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared between groups,the research group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);pearson correlation showed that anti-β2-GP1 antibody was En,PI,was positively correlated with RI(r=0.54,0.68,0.41,P<0.05).Conclusion The Zishen Huoxue Formula can effectively repair the endometrium by reducing the formation of blood clots in the blood vessels of the endometrium,promoting endometrial blood flow.
