小切口胆囊切除术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术在胆结石手术治疗中的意义及有效率分析

Analysis of the Significance and Efficiency of Small Incision Cholecystectomy and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Surgical Treatment of Gallstones

目的 探讨胆结石患者选择小切口胆囊切除术以及腹腔镜胆囊切除术两种治疗方案的效果。方法 方便选择2019年4月—2020年6月福建省龙岩市第二医院收治的胆囊结石患者72例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各36例。对照组患者采用常规小切口胆囊切除术进行治疗,研究组患者则选择腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果,包括手术相关指标、并发症发生状况。结果 研究组研究组除手术时间长于对照组外,其他各项手术相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为1.25%,低于对照组的27.77%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.692,P<0.05)。结论 对胆结石患者通过腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗,能够缩短手术时间、住院时间、术后排气时间以及术后下床活动时间,且并发症发生率低,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of two treatment options of small incision cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones patients.Methods 72 patients with gallbladder stones admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Province from April 2019 to June 2020 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional small incision cholecystectomy,while the patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Compared the treatment effects of two groups,including surgical related indicators and the occurrence of complications.Results The study group had better surgical related indicators than the control group,except for the longer surgical time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 1.25%,lower than the control group's 27.77%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.692,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy can shorten the operation time,hospital stay,postoperative exhaust time and postoperative ambulation time for gallstone patients,with low complication rate and high safety.
