研究超声乳化联合小梁切除术对青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果

Effect of Phacoemulsification Combined with Trabeculectomy on Glaucoma Complicated with Cataract

目的 分析青光眼合并白内障疾病特点,评价联合超声乳化、小梁切除术治疗的优势,为眼科提供治疗参考。方法 方便选取2019年8月—2020年6月赤峰市医院眼科收治的青光眼合并白内障患者92例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=46)采取小梁切除术治疗,观察组(n=46)采取超声乳化+小梁切除术治疗。比较两组患者手术治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况以及视力、眼压、生活质量变化情况。结果 观察组临床总有效率(97.82%)高于对照组(78.26%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.364,P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(6.52%)低于对照组(26.08%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.452,P<0.05);观察组术后视力与生活质量评分高于对照组,眼压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障并发症较少、术后眼压平稳、视力恢复良好,提升了患者的治疗效果,是有效术式。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of glaucoma combined with cataract and evaluate the advantages of combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy,so as to provide reference for the treatment of ophthalmology.Methods 92 patients with glaucoma and cataract admitted to the ophthalmology department of Chifeng City Hospital from August 2019 to June 2020 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method.The control group(n=46)received trabeculectomy treatment,while the observation group(n=46)received phacoemulsification+trabeculectomy treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.82%higher than that of the control group(78.26%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.364,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.52%,lower than 26.08%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.452,P<0.05).The postoperative visual acuity and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy for the treatment of glaucoma with cataract has fewer complications,stable postoperative intraocular pressure,and good visual recovery,which improves the treatment effect of patients and is an effective surgical method.
