探究桡骨远端骨折保守治疗与手术治疗的疗效

Conservative Treatment and Surgical Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture

目的 探究桡骨远端骨折保守治疗与手术治疗的效果。方法 方便选取2018年2月—2021年2月南京市溧水区人民医院收治的行桡骨远端骨折治疗的83例患者为研究对象。依据治疗方式分为两组,对照组41例,予以保守治疗,观察组42例,予以手术治疗。比对两组术后腕关节恢复优良率、掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨短缩长度、疼痛评分及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组腕关节功能恢复优良率(95.24%)高于对照组(75.61%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.463,P=0.011)。观察组掌倾角(10.92±1.64)°、尺偏角(19.68±1.25)°及桡骨短缩长度(11.01±1.11)mm均大于对照组的(9.12±1.04)°、(16.18±1.13)°、(8.12±1.03)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.955、-13.371、-12.288,P<0.001)。观察组治疗后的VAS评分(2.06±0.52)分低于对照组的(3.21±0.79)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.786,P<0.001)。观察组术后并发症发生率(4.76%)低于对照组的(19.51%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.260,P=0.039)。结论 相较于保守治疗方式,手术治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果更为优异。

Objective To explore the effect of conservative treatment and surgical treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods 83 patients with distal radius fractures treated at Lishui District People's Hospital in Nanjing from February 2018 to February 2021 were convenient selected as the study patients.According to the treatment method,they were divided into two groups the control group(41 cases)received conservative treatment,and the observation group(42 cases)received surgical treatment.Compare the excellent and good rate of postoperative wrist joint recovery,palm inclination angle,ulnar deviation angle,radius shortening length,pain score,and complications between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function recovery in the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that in the control group(75.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.463,P=0.011).The palm inclination angle(10.92±1.64)°,ulnar deviation angle(19.68±1.25)°and radius shortening length(11.01±1.11)mm in the observation group were bigger than those in the control group(9.12±1.04)°,(16.18±1.13)°,and(8.12±1.03)mm,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.955,-13.371,-12.288,P<0.001).The VAS score of the observation group after treatment(2.06±0.52)points was lower than that of the control group(3.21±0.79)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.786,P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that in the control group(19.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.260,P=0.039).Conclusion Surgical treatment of distal radius fractures is more effective than conservative treatment.
