重症有机磷中毒治疗中血必净注射液联合持续血液净化的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Xuebijing Injection Combined with Continuous Blood Purification in the Treatment of Severe Organophosphate Poisoning

目的探讨血必净注射液联合持续血液净化治疗对重症有机磷中毒患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法方便选取2019年1月—2021年12月邳州市中医院收治的62例重症有机磷中毒患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组接受持续血液净化治疗,观察组患者接受血必净注射液联合持续血液净化治疗,分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,经治疗后观察组各项心肌酶谱指标水平均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的TNF-α、IL-6与IL-8水平分别为(97.85±12.79)、(20.28±2.57)、(40.26±4.11)ng/L,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.363、11.931、12.936,P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血必净注射剂联合持续血液净化治疗能有效缓解患者的炎性反应,改善心肌酶谱水平,对重症有机磷中毒患者具有切实有效的疗效,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection combined with continuous blood purification therapy on the clinical treatment of patients with severe organophosphate poisoning.Methods Conveniently selected 62 patients with severe organic phosphorus poisoning admitted to Pizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and a observation group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group received continuous blood purification treatment,while the observation group received Xuebijing injection combined with continuous blood purification treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of various myocardial enzyme spectrum indicators in the observation group were lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 in the observation group after treatment were(97.85±12.79)ng/L,(20.28±2.57)ng/L,and(40.26±4.11)ng/L,respectively,lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.363,11.931,12.936,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with continuous blood purification therapy can effectively relieve the inflammatory response of patients and improve the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum.It has a practical and effective effect on patients with severe organophosphate poisoning.
