砭石温灸联合红外/红光治疗仪对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Bianstone Moxibustion Combined with Infrared/red Light Therapy Instrument on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨砭石温灸联合红外/红光治疗仪对糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetes peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的临床效果。方法方便选取2020年8月—2022年2月在深圳市中医院内分泌科治疗的86例DPN患者为研究对象。编号后,按照随机抽签的方式分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予砭石温灸治疗,观察组给予砭石温灸联合红外/红光治疗仪治疗。比较两组治疗前后血糖水平、电流感觉阈值(CPT)、症状评分以及生活质量评分,并记录不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者正中神经和腓总神经的CPT值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者神经症状[(2.87±0.81)分vs(3.31±0.85)分]、神经反射[(2.35±0.95)分vs(3.02±1.12)分]、感觉功能[(1.87±0.60)分vs(2.21±0.75)分]评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.457、2.992、2.321,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组[(74.48±7.42)分vs(69.25±7.01)分],差异有统计学意义(t=3.360,P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较(2.3%vs7.0%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论砭石温灸联合红外/红光治疗仪对NPD患者的疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bianstone moxibustion combined with infrared/red light therapy instrument on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 86 patients with DPN who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to February 2022 were conveniently selected as the research objects.After numbering,they were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)according to random drawing.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was given Bianstone warm moxibustion,and the observation group was given Bianstone warm moxibustion combined with infrared/red light therapy device.The blood glucose level,current sensory threshold(CPT),symptom score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CPT values of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group had neurological symptoms[(2.87±0.81)points vs(3.31±0.85)points],nerve reflexes[(2.35±0.95)points vs(3.02±1.12)points],sensory function[(1.87±0.60)points vs(2.21±0.75)points]scores were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.457,2.992,2.321,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group[(74.48±7.42)points vs(69.25±7.01)points]were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.360,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(2.3%vs 7.0%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Bianstone moxibustion combined with infrared/red light therapeutic apparatus has a significant effect on NPD patients,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.
