宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopic Resection in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的评估宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果及对患者生育能力的影响。方法随机选取2016年1月—2020年12月湖北省大冶市人民医院收治的80例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组予以宫腔镜电切术治疗,对照组予以传统开腹手术治疗。对比两组治疗有效率、临床指标、妊娠率、阴道润滑度和性生活满意度评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.5%高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的妊娠率为77.5%高于对照组的47.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05)。观察组阴道润滑度评分、性生活满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.823、2.275,P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果良好,可有效保留患者生育能力。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids and its impact on the fertility of patients.Methods 80 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids from Daye People's Hospital in Hubei Province from January 2016 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the study subjects and randomLy divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic resection,while the control group was treated with traditional open surgery.Compare the treatment efficacy,clinical indicators,pregnancy rate,vaginal lubrication,and sexual satisfaction scores between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.5%,which was higher than 72.5% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05).The observation group had better intraoperative bleeding volume,surgical time,first postoperative ambulation time,and hospitalization time compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of 77.5%in the observation group was higher than 47.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05).The vaginal lubrication score and sexual satisfaction score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.823,2.275,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of uterine fibroids is good,and it can effectively preserve the fertility of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
