护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Nursing Intervention on Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的分析人性化护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复的效果。方法回顾性选取2016年10月—2018年6月南平市第一医院56例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行研究,根据随机数表法分为探究组和参照组(每组28例),探究组用人性化护理干预,参照组用常规护理方式。对两组患者术后恢复情况、手术情况、护理满意度进行对比。结果探究组患者的并发症发生率(10.71%)低于参照组(39.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.095,P=0.014)。探究组患者手术时间、肛门排气、住院时间均短于对照组,出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.066、22.165、8.215、11.066,P<0.001)。探究组患者的护理满意度(100.00%)高于参照组(64.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.174,P<0.05)。探究组患者生活质量各维度评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);术后1、2 d探究组疼痛评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.328、12.758,P<0.001)。结论使用人性化护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后恢复情况具有积极的意义,患者护理满意度较高,有效改善患者日常生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 56 patients'clinical data who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Nanping First Hospital from October 2016 to June 2018 were selected retrospectively for research.According to the random number table method,were divided into the research group and the reference group(28 cases in each group).The research group received humanized nursing intervention,and the reference group received routine nursing.The postoperative recovery,operation condition and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of complications in the exploration group was 10.71%,which was lower than that in the reference group(39.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.095,P=0.014).The operation time,anal exhaust,and hospitalization time of the patients in the exploration group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.066,22.165,8.215,11.066,P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the inquiry group(100.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(64.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.174,P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of life quality in the inquiry group were better than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).On postoperative day 1 and postoperative day 2,the pain scores of the exploration group were significantly lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.328,12.758,P<0.001).Conclusion The use of humanized nursing intervention has positive significance for the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is high.It can effectively improve the quality of daily life of patients.
