摘要
以费托蜡为活化剂制备废旧聚氯乙烯塑料/粉煤灰/硫酸钙晶须活化填料。将活化填料与PVC混配,通过硅烷偶联剂改性制备高质化复合材料用于生产塑胶跑道。探讨了费托蜡和硅烷偶联剂的作用机制及其对塑胶跑道试片加工性能的影响。结果表明:以费托蜡为活化剂、硅烷偶联剂为改性剂制备的塑胶跑道试片的耐磨性、抗冲性、防滑稳定性较好,硅烷偶联剂用量在3.5份时,制品的各项性能最好。
An activated filler composed of waste polyvinyl chloride plastic/fly ash/calcium sulfate whisker was prepared by using Fischer-Tropsch wax as an activator.High-quality composite material were prepared by mixing the above activated fllers with PVC and modifying them with silane coupling agents,and PVC runways were produced from the composite materials.The mechanism of action of Fischer-Tropsch wax and silane coupling agent,and their impact on the processing performance of PVC runway specimen were explored.The results showed that the PVC runway specimen prepared with Fischer-Tropsch wax as activator and silane coupling agent as modifier had good wear resistance,impact resistance,and slip resistance.When the dosage of silane coupling agent was 3.5 phr,the products had the best performance in all aspects.
