宽流道焊接式板式换热器在PVC浆料热交换中的应用

摘要 介绍了一种宽流道焊接式板式换热器在PVC浆料(以固-液悬浮形式存在)热交换中的运用。与传统氯碱生产企业在PVC浆料换热中使用的螺旋板式换热器相比,宽流道板式换热器提升了浆料间传热效率,降低了设备内部堵塞的频次,避免了由于螺旋板式换热器的板开裂而引起的设备内换热介质的内部泄漏。在降低设备故障率的同时,有效地降低了PVC浆料汽提过程中的蒸汽消耗。 The application of a wide channel welded plate heat exchanger in the heat exchange of PVC slurry in the form of solid-liquid suspension was introduced.Comparcd with the spiral plate heat exchanger traditionally used in the heat exchange of PVC slurry in chlor-alkali production enterprises,the wide channel plate heat exchanger improved the heat transfer efficiency between the slurry,reduced the frequency of internal blockage in the equipment,and avoided internal leakage of the heat exchange medium in the equipment caused by the cracking of the spiral plate heat exchanger plate.While reducing the equipment failure rate,the steam consumption in the stripping process of PVC slurry was effectively reduced.
