摘要
通过对密闭式电石炉配料、电炉和净化三大系统的运行分析、可行性研究与讨论,发现目前装置系统存在许多问题,自动化程度低。例如,配料站料仓密封不严、出炉设备操作粗放、出炉牵引卷扬机为半自动化、炉前设备故障率高等,制约了电石的产量。结合现场实际情况,针对存在的问题进行了一系列的技术改造,降低了设备故障率,保障了人员作业安全系数,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。
Through operational analysis,feasibility study,and discussion of the three major systems of closed carbide furnace,ie material prepation,electric furnace,and purification,it was found that there are many problems with the current device and the level of automation was low.For example,the output of calcium carbide was restricted by the poor sealing of the bin in the batching station,exten-sive operation of the discharging equipment,semi-automatic discharging traction winch,and high fail-ure rate of equipment in front of the furnace.Based on the actual situation on site,a series of technical renovations had been carried out to solve the existing problems.As a result,the equipment failure rate was reduced,the safety factor of personnel operation was ensured,and significant social and economic benefitswereachieved.
