耳尖放血联合贺氏针灸治疗脑梗死急性期的临床研究

Clinical Study of Ear Tip Exsanguination Combined with He's Acupuncture on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察耳尖放血联合贺氏针灸治疗脑梗死急性期的临床疗效。方法选取2016年9月—2019年8月在泰安市中医二院住院的120例脑梗死急性期患者为研究对象,以就诊时间的先后顺序分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组患者开展常规西医疗法,治疗组采取常规西医疗法与耳尖放血联合贺氏针灸治疗,比较治疗前后两组美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数,以及疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组NIHSS评分比对照组更低,MMSE评分、Barthel指数比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,比对照组的78.33%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.212,P<0.05)。结论耳尖放血联合贺氏针灸对脑梗死急性期患者的疗效明显优于单纯常规西医治疗,有助于改善患者受损的神经功能、精神状态、日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ear tip exsanguination combined with He's acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral hospitalized in the Tai'an Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the treatment group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the order of the time of medical treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine and ear tip exsanguination combined with He's acupuncture.The National Institutes of Health Neurological Impairment Score(NIHSS),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score and Barthel index before and after treatment,and medical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,while the MMSE score and Barthel index were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of in the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than 78.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.212,P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of ear tip exsanguination combined with He's acupuncture on patients with acute cerebral infarction was better than that of conventional western medicine alone,which was helpful to improve patients'damaged neurological function,mental state and ability of daily life.
