风荷载对导线应力弧垂和绝缘子摇摆角影响研究

摘要 风荷载是架空输电线路设计主要的控制荷载之一,与导线力学特性和塔头电气间隙密切相关。与国内之前的输电线路设计规程相比,修订后的设计规程及国际电工技术委员会相关标准均考虑了脉动风效应,因而同一设计风速对应的风荷载并不相同,该变化会对导线弧垂和塔头风偏计算产生影响。基于灵敏度分析方法,研究导线应力、弧垂和绝缘子串摇摆角随风荷载变化的规律,考虑控制气象条件、杆塔Kv值等因素的影响。结合工程实例,分析并验证方法的有效性。 Wind load of the conductor is one of the main control load in the design of overhead transmission line,which is closely related to mechanical property of conductor and electric clearance of tower head.Compared with previous domestic code for design of overhead transmission line,effect of fluctuating wind is considered in the revised code as well as code set by International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC),which leads to different wind load corresponded to a same design wind speed,and impacts computation of conductor sag and wind yaw of tower head.Based on sensitivity analysis,variation regularities of stress and sag of the conductor and swing angle of the insulator string with wind load are revealed.Impacts of control weather case and tower Kv value are considered.Combined with a real engineering project,validity of the analysis is verified.
